had a few minutes to look at a few more items on the xc, found the plugs to be ngk, fairly worn and dirty, going to replace,need advice on what to put in....I know lots of choices, could you help me narrow it down ? Its a turbo 5 cyl-

also doing the lower bjoint tomorrw,posiible to remove the and replace w\o taking the control arm off the frame ? Looks like the two att bolts come off and it might come out... question to the experts, is there room just loosen and drop the control arm off the worn ball jt and sneak it out??
