Hi!

I´m looking for new summer tires to my 17 Wheels. Is there anyone here who have the Continental SportContact 225/55 R17 on there XC70?

Cheers

I don't have them.
But I am quite sure these tyres won't dissapoint you, they have an excellent reputation (somewhat less for wear of course :-) I know a few people who have the SportContacts, they are all very happy with them (the same goes for the PremiumContact)

My brother-in-law has these tires on his 2004 M3. They are low profile, 15000 mile tires. I would not think that an XC would be a good platform for these tires. My wife's 99 XC rides on Conti Touring Contacts, a great riding, handling and wearing tire. -Dick

Ok, thanks.

What tires do you guys recommend? I want the size 225/55/17. I know Art have the Michelin Synchrone, right?

I was at the volvodealer to day and saw some XC90 with the Continental PremiumContact.

silent, you may want to check out Continental 4x4SportContact which are an OEM tyre on Cayenne and won an AutoBild test a year or so ago. Available in same size. Should fit XC well.
