hello folks,
have a question regarding wildlife. for our summer vacation we go up to northern michigan, where wildlife outnumbers people and occasionally the two meet. the results are often not pretty, as far as cars go (not to mention probably ruining the animals day as well! ). seems to me i recall seeing some sort of deer siren(?) mounted on the front of some cars to ward/warn off deer. does anyone have any experience with such a thing? do they work? it so, do they only work with deer or do they warn off other animals as well (mosquitoes would be nice! )?do i have the correct name of such a gizmo? where does one find such a thingamajigee? i did do a search before posting this and only found pictures of a moose collision.
