Exhaust leak, ball joint : repair tips needed

Hi guys,

I noticed the ball joint (between cat and resonator) is leaking (air and water dripping).
What's the best method to repair this ? Cut both pipes and install a sleeve with U-Clamps ? or weld it to pipes ?
Or install an aftermarket ball joint ?

The bolts are badly corroded, it involves cutting.

Cut bolts off, replace gasket and new bolts!! easier to get a local exhaust place to put right, had mine done for £20

Pretty rusty... will have to fight with them...

Torch the bolts and hammer them out.
