We finally bought an xc60 for my wife and the xc70 has to go... Here is a description :
2005 Volvo XC70 with around 111k miles
Maroon exterior with tan leather interior
Has moonroof, leather, heated 8 way power seats pass and driver, rear booster seats, 3rd row seat
it was a one-owner before we bought it about 3 years ago. I even have the original window sticker. have clean title in hand, no accidents. has current NJ inspection
Good:
-- timing belt replaced at 99k
-- new goodyear assurance comfortred tires with 8k miles on them, wheel alignment done 11.2014
-- all 4 wheel bearings replaced 10.2014
-- pcv system done when timing belt was done summer of 2014
-- replaced the turbo pipes with silicone hoses
-- all brake pads replaced about a year ago
-- oil changed with mobil1 on regular basis
-- transmission fluid drain and filled summer 2014
-- coolant system fluid done when timing belt was replaced
-- interior and exterior in nice shape
-- windows tinted in rear with 20% 3m window film
-- front 2 windows done in 70% 3m crystalline which is great in the summer
-- have oem roof rack crossbars
-- bottom trans mount replaced
-- brake fluid done summer 2014
that's all I can remember for now
Bad:
my mechanic said eventually he recommends the rear main seal being replaced.
alarm system light comes on at startup, looks like the alarm siren needs to be replaced(very common apparently) but it doesn't bother me
car runs and drives and is reliable. only reason im selling is we bought the xc60 for my wife.
