Ticking like a clock after engine turned off (front passenger side under hood)

Does anyone else get the ticking after shutting the vehicle off and if you listen by the front end on the passenger side it sounds like a clock ticking. It seems to continue for a long time after shut down. The ticking is still there and I shut the car off over an hour ago. Sounds like it is coming from one of the Bosch plug in units but can't quite pinpoint it. Anyone had a similar issue?

I sometimes hear a faint hum or buzzing from the same side. That noise I've associated to the ECM/TCM compartment fan. Would make sense that it runs on for a long time as the computers can get quite hot. Other then that there isn't much else highly electronic on that general area that could cause a similar noise.
