Reart Seat Belt Issue

The right rear passenger seat belt will not release & move forward. It will only move in the retract direction. How to release? I can't seem to find a way into the seat to find the issue.

If your rear seat is folded down and the seat belt is preventing the seat from folding back up -

What I have done many times on customers cars is - Unbolt the seat belt end from under the seat bottom, raise the seat - then the seat belt will work normally again and you can reconnect it.

Then hold your breath the next time you fold the seat down that it does not get stuck again (or replace the seat belt)

Usually the little button on the belt is gone and it retracts too far
