Floor Mat Retaining Rings

Anyone know if the 2-piece plastic "grommets" used on OEM floor mats are sold anywhere? The mats in my wife's 2002 XC70 are missing a couple of these. They've fallen off over time and the car wash guys must have vacuumed them up thinking they were ordinary debris [nonono].

I've tried a couple of suppliers selling used Volvo parts but haven't had much luck.
