Hello,
Thanks to all of you over the past for helping me through the maintenance of my 2004 XC70. I have changed multiple ballasts, headlights, wipers, tailgate shocks, ECU issues, etc.
Today is my first crack at getting somewhat mechanical. I have a fairly decent sized puddle beneath what I would call the transfer case, or VC housing, or differential? It is the unit directly behind the oil plug between the front axles. I am supposed to be 800 miles away for an interview on Wednesday, so I am wondering about filling in the meantime (where, fluid, how), as well as what the common issue is that I am experiencing, and what to call it so I can find the correct thread(s) and fix this thing when I have a moment, or a couple of days as it usually goes.
