Third set of coils

I would like to know what the hell is going on. 99 xc 125k - I am on my third set of coils - one fails, replace the one, a few weeks later another will fail - check engine lights comes on sometimes sometimes not. Some will fail and stay failed some will fail only on start and will eventually fire. I am now on my third set and one failed just now - after car ran a bit it was fine. I did also replace the coil leads as they were cooked. All the coils are OEM or Bosch. Car runs fine and is throwing no other codes -

Are coils just crappy in quality now? Is there a better quality coil out there?

What kind of spark plugs are you using? (recommend new Volvo)

Do the two ground wires for the coils on top of the head have a good connection?

New plugs when head was installed - new caps for coils were installed - they were toast from all the heat - ground are good as tested with a multimeter.

right now - its ok - its a test every morning when I start
