Put the multimeter on the contacts. Driver side getting 11.5 volts and the other side getting about 10.5. So I figured that out now how can I equalize them?

How about putting all your problems into ONE post instead of multiple theads?
OK

But how will that sort out the voltage issue I'm confused and feeling unloved sir

Not that I should, but I will ask someone who's here right now who will know where to start looking

I was just told you probably need a new connector on the back of the light, they go bad and cause this

Yeah they were feeling rather loose. I was looking into it elsewhere and a bad ground was also a possibility

Perhaps you can measure the voltage on the rear side of the connector
or strip the insulation of the wire. A bad ground connection is possible,
but I think that, since ground connections are (often) bundled,
this may cause more than one problem.

IPD sells new headlight bulb connectors. Mine have crumbled on both cars. If they're falling apart, replace them first and see where you are...
