I have a broken fog light, i must have picked up a stone, only 5k on the car, that sucks. Anybody know a good place that i can get a reasonably priced replacement?

Does anybody know if someone makes grills for the fog lights on volvos.

Thanks

Are you driving a XC70?

Volvo do fog light covers, not available for US customers but you can ask someone doing a OSD collectiom to get you one or ask someone in Europe to get you one, they cost about £20 or so + delivery, there was a lot of talk about these and head-light protectors in the past, too bad you had to find out the hard way. http://xc70.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif Now you have lost a fog light you might consider getting covers for your head lights as well. http://xc70.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif

I ordered a replacement foglight from Jarrarian (www.volvopartsworld.com). Although only a set is listed on their website if you call them they'll send you just the side you need. Replacing the foglight assembly was a bit of a pain though.

Another option would be to go with a protective urethane film. Xpel (http://www.xpel.com/) is just one company that specializes in kits for fog/headlamp protection. Ricochet (http://www.ricochetprotects.com/en/home.php) is another that carries anything from standard 12 mil to 20 mil vinyl.

Try the StonGard light protective film available at Rockblocker.com (http://rockblocker.com/)

We had a broken fog light a few months back as well. Coincidentally, I was planning on asking the forum about the problem today. The dealer price for the foglight assembly was $127 USD (1 side) and they do not sell the lens separately.

If any of the guards work they will definately pay off.

Hey there,

I have helped some members in the past with this very problem here. We have the headlight and fog light kits for $59.95, but sell them here for $44.95 and make a $4.00 donation to the forum with every purchase made from this site.

If you would like to get a set let me know and we can make arrangements.

I just had a friend bring back a set of foglight covers---700 sek. about $81.

Are these the same products offered for less than $50 above?I"d be interested in another set .

Thanks.
