Sun Curtains

I just picked up a pair of 9499212 and 9499213 sun curtains. Theses are the older retractable kind. I found the diagram of the parts in Vida, but I can't find any installation instructions. Does anyone know if they attach between the window and and the window wiper/seal, or do they go between the door panel and the window seal. My guess is the door panel.
Also, are the folding sun curtains available for 2002 xc?

So after exhaustive google searches , and mulling through Vida, I decided to do a google image search in the slim hope of seeing an image of how they are installed. An image led me to this Japanese enthusiast site that has full instructions. Thought I would pass it along

Seriously, If everyone took the time to post actual info this forum would be so much better than those that feel they can post usless opinion when the reality is that opinion isn't even backed up by any experience or real knowledge, again thanks!
