Hi, thanks for your reply, I put the O-ring on the lip part of the sensor and pushed it it, it is a tight fit now, Unable to get the
O-ring and clip from Volvo Dealer here in Australia, so I just used the old clip & O-ring....
Are you able to buy the O-ring and clip for the Break Pedal Position Sensor from Volvo Dealer in New Zealand?

I know it sits inside of the pressure bowl thing. From memory when I sat it in the threaded part, I hoped it wouldn't get pushed into the big bowl thing. But when I pressed in the position sensor I needn't have worried, all fine. When I first took out the sensor I had forgotten to relive the pressure and 'Woosh,' I thought the O-ring got sucked in, but it didn't, it was sitting in its nested position.
