The temperature this morning was sub zero (fahrenheit). After starting the 01 XC, I noticed that the smoke/vapor coming out from the exhaust pipe seemed a little dark. I suspect that this is just from the car using more gas at this temperature. The car started right up, ran fine for sub zero temperatures, and the smoke/vapor subsided after the car warmed up. Have other people in these arctic temperatures noticed the exhaust vapor looking a little dark on start up. My car is usually parked in a heated garage, so I never noticed this before.
