"Rehab" the PCV breather hose assembly?

It's time to do the PCV again.

I've got two used metal hose assemblies. I just hate throwing away $190 ea.
Is there a way to "rehab" them with new hoses attached to it?

Yes, you buy the XC90 nipple structure (which I believe is Volvo PN 30731007) and mate it to the large pipe after you clean it
I never buy the large pipe

That part number says it's for the 6cyl xc90- so this is the correct part?

I did find that IPD is about $30 higher than my local volvo dealership on the whole "assembly" anyway.
Never would have figured that!

I guess if you keep everything maintained, these cars will keep going.

Yes, that is correct, you cut and "mate" this part to your existing large pipe (after you thoroughly clean the part of the pipe you re-use).
It's fairly obvious when you hold them side to side but it does take some finesse to do it properly.

You still need to buy the rest of the parts new
