02 xc70 no fwd or rev

Hi all,
I bought an 02 for parts for my 00, it has no fwd or rev, strange thing is it feels like it wants to move fwd even if its in drive reverse or neutral, PO was having 2/3 flares and clunks so they had the dealer powerflush it, fluid was dark, this worked for a few months then it just stopped driving,
Just wondering if it could be a stuck line pressure solenoid or maybe a stuck open pressure relief?
Seems very unusual for both fwd and rev to dissapear, cant find much with searching,

Probably need experts in these transmission to share some knowledge. You could contact levelten.com or reamman.com and asking them if your valve body is worth rebuilding. They'll probably tell you if there is any hope valvebody rebuild can get your gears back.
