Howdy Gang,
We drove our 1997 850 5 speed AWD wagen to Kamloops BC to visit our grown kids and on the way back took the Gang Ranch back road. Very open country and the mostly dirt road with lots of switch backs and cattle guards.
The cattle guards are the type with out the bars that run with the road so slowing down is the only to tackle them , or tire damage as I found out.
Beautiful open country with deep valleys and lots of sage bush we only saw two other cars and 8 logging trucks.
We got back on the highway 20 pavement at Farewell canyon a welcome relief.
A good one time deal just to say we did it.
cheers
