I developed this problem after my battery died one night. After the restart I had no control of the above, does anyone have a solution?
Is the battery fully charged or new now?
If so, you can try a hard reset.
Remove the battery cables off the battery and tie them together for 30 minutes. That drains the system, then after re- connected to a FULLY CHARGED battery many systems will reset properly.
If not you may need to go to a dealer for some IDA re-initializations

Thanks, we did allow the battery to drain down originally but we didn't leave it disconnected for 30 minutes, only a couple. This allowed me access to the fuel release but nothing else. I will try again tonight.
You have to make sure the battery in there is in perfect condition or this won't get better
I suggest that you do a battery (cell) test before you hook it back up
