Braking issue?

Not sure if this is a real problem but I've noticed that if I slowly come to a stop (with no change in brake pedal pressure) my 2004 XC70 has a bit of a lurch at the end of the stop. It's kind of like just before stopping the brakes grab a bit and the car then rocks when it comes to a stop. Hopefully this makes sense to those reading. It's certainly not critical but I was wondering if anyone else has felt this.

Similar braking in our VW Passat is smooth.

How long have you had your car?  I noticed something similar when I first picked-up my car, but isn't happening now.  I think it's just related to getting used to the way the brakes work on the XC.

I've been driving it everyday since the end of October.  I'm just curious if this is common to all XC70s or if it's something that needs to be fixed.  I'm certainly very happy with the car.
