Ac noise ?

I'm having a noise from inside the dashboard/engine...It's a swisching http://xc70.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif sound like some airsystem is blowing something. When I'm turning the AC off, it stops. My tech. says it's just the AC and every V70N and S80 has this sound more or less. I here this sound once or twice every minute, and I think it's really loud. I didn't hear the sound when I bought the car..... but it was colder outside then.....
Anyone having the same sound or know what the problem is ?

It's not unusual for the Volvo ACC system to make human-like gastronomical noises. I hear them all the time in my S80 and during my first 1110 miles driving my '03 XC70.

I'd rather not hear them but so long as the system operates correctly I'm resigned to hearing the odd burp or two http://xc70.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

If the system spits out cold air rather than warm air when I want it to be warm then I'd get annoyed -- and occasionally it has done this but quickly adjusts when I override it manually.

Ok. I understand. Sounds like it's the same kind of swischsound from the ACC. But when you hear the sound and you're accelerating, do you got a jerk at the same time too? (I don't know if this is the right word, but I looked it up in a dictionary, and it said the jerk was the right word.....)
