It looks like the 2003 XC70 will switch to the 208hp 2.5T instead of the 197hp 2.4T.  Is this a newly designed engine for Volvo, did they get it from another manufacturer, or is it based off of an existing engine?

It's the same engine with a slightly different bore and stroke.
