Will my wheels from my 2000 XC70 SE fit on my 2007. I think the 2000 are 16" and the '07 are 16". I want to use them as winter wheels....

Not sure of the offset but yes, they will fit
At worst you may need 5 mm spacers.

However....
Are you sure you want to put those ugly wheels on a P2???? [sly]
