Dog restraints

One of my coleagues is trying to find a dog restraint that fits a 2004 S40 seatbelt clasp.
Mystery to me, but apparentley you can get these for other makes. Volvo seems to create a specific problem.
Personally, Im not keen on Fido swinging around on a belt around my head, but each to his own!!
Has anyone had any sucess with this?

The harness doesn't have plastic parts where it matters. The strap doesn't fit in the seat belt lock,
but is atached around the stalk. The car was involved in a highway collision a while ago and
the dog (+35Kg) was still in place after the accident. Were were all shocked but unhurt [happy]
