Nokian WRG2 alternative

My never-ending interest in tires has found a potential alternative for a tire that can be used all year long and still maintains the severe service emblem (mountain snowflake) indicating it has passed the more stringent winter performance testing. It's the Vredestein Quatrac 3. Unfortunately, it's more expensive than the Nokian and from the reviews, it has the same issue with getting noisy as it wears. Probably par for the course with this tires like these. Just passing along this info for those who care.
