2005 XC70 about 122000 miles, oil leak from turbo?

Hi experts, I have been enjoying my XC70, but now there seems to be an oil leak from around the turbo area, can anyone enlighten me on where it is likely the leak may be coming from?
A gasket springs to mind, but at what point is it likely to appear?

For everything else the car does great, love the way the Nokians are still doing and the 24 plus gas mileage I get while on the Interstate @ 72/73 MPH @ 2500 RPM.

Not quite as easy as he stated to replace.
Hard to get at area
