Any other time, I'd be pleased as punch!

However, right now, when I get on the gas, my car sounds loud!
The other problem is, it's losing a bit of power. Not throwing any codes though.

I'm 99% certain it's a coil going bad, but I think it threw a code last time- feels as though it's skipping too when it sounds louder, but only under load.

I can't complain, as I've only replaced one coil since the car was new. [thumbup]

At least you know the car since nobody has molested it, I never owned a brand new car but I am pleased with my 98 V70 at 180K miles and I don't know what to do with my 2002 V70XC at 150K that I owned only a little over one year.

I would start by checking the exhaust manifold gasket. Mine went out on the XC at 110K...more noticeable when cold, and as the iron heated, it got quieter...
