...have any issue for AWD.
It was the front passenger, now rear, the rotation guy says the wheel won't balance. How to proceed? Will it wear on tire? What else to look for?
Probably/possibly a bad tire, (broken belt)
I would suggest break the tire beads, turn it 180 degrees on the rim, put the air back in, then try again to balance it
(Any decent shop should have tried this).
Sometimes this can work

Also possible that the rim itself is bent...check the runout with a dial gauge (while on the balancing machine)...if it is bent, I would go with these guys:

about 1/2 the price of new...got a wheel for my 850 from them, it was perfect...
try a local salvage yard. i just purchased a wheel for my 01 for $65
the salvage yards sometimes could even mount and balance the tire for you on the spot for an additional $15-30.

IF it's the wheel...then salvage yard is an option...
