Here is a post from my original thread:

V70R: 23.5/22
XC: 19/14 (That said, mine's an 01. I don't know if sizes changed through later model years)

I snapped a pic of the rear bars, Didn't stop to do one of the fronts. here's the difference with the rear:

And here is my thread on SS in the R forum:
http://forums.swedespeed.com/showthread.php?172237-Comparison-04-VR-to-04-SR-sways

I am going to install the VR bars on my XC, which will upgrade the front and rear from: F 19mm=>23.5mm, R 14mm=>22mm.

The S60R front bar is the same, the rear is 20mm instead of 22mm like the VR. Going from 14mm to 20mm is still a pretty drastic jump, and physically the bars look identical, as you can see from the pics I took.

Would anyone be interested in my SR sways to upgrade their XC?

If someone is going to use them, they can have my S60R sways for free. Since you are local, I will let you in on a secret. Marek's Auto on the corner of 611 and 934 (I believe), the Sunoco station, does awesome Volvo indy work. He installed iPd trac spec sways on my last S60R for $160!!! I am capable of knocking out a sway bar install, but for $160, it isn't even worth the effort.

If you want them, they are yours :) Sways are supposed to make a huge difference, I know they did on my old R.

I don't know why, but I always get the roads mixed up. 423 sounds right.

Where do you live?

What happened to you swapping them into your XC?

I have a set of VR sways AND a set of SR sways. The VR sways are going on my XC, the SR sways are going to someone else, as they are still an upgrade for the XC.

Also if anyone in VA is interested I have a 24 mm (which is only 1 mm less than IPD's) front sway bar available for cheap. I was gonna put it in my XC but bought IPD track sways instead. It is from a S60 T5M and has all bushing to mount them included!!!
