As you might know I got just this car, so before purchasing, I asked salesman to check the clunking metal noise under hood near vacuum pump. Because I have BMW, so they are using valvetronic system and have same a vacuum pump, and read about this when it's noise, then pump is close to failed. But he said it's all good, car went 130 point cert. inspection.
Well it's not true, I dropped a car today for rear water spray (didn't work), and asked them to check that noise again, well advisor called me back and said I was right the pump is almost failed.
So check your pump, while under warranty.
