Hard start and loss of power

I have a 2001 V70XC with 152,000 miles that is occasionally hard to start and seems to have lost some power. I went down to the parts store and retrieved the codes they are P1237, P0036 and P 0136. I know it needs some O2 sensors and has for a while but the P1237 code is new. Any ideas would would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

P1237 = bad Turbo control valve (or called electronic boost controller).

O2 sensors and turbo control solenoid will affect power...but should not affect start...

Those codes from the ECM tell you what it's seeing but they aren't definitive...and it's worth having someone look at it...

If you've needed O2 sensors for a while - that could have caused damage to other components, for example, sparkplugs...and it may be a simple fix...

When's the last time it got plugs, filters, etc?

I changed the fuel filter about a year ago and the plugs just a couple months ago when I replaced a bad ignition unit. Thought about running a tank of gas with some injector cleaner...worth a shot.
