Towing Parts Car

I am picking up a parts car to take the bevel gear out. Propshaft is still connected.

Can I tow it by the front wheels in a uhaul tow dolly and leave the propshaft connected or do I have to either disconnect the propshaft or flatbed it?

Also, Can I tow it with my 2007 XC70?

About a 50 mile drive....

Exceeds the tow limit weight on your car

Rear shaft must be disconnected or it has to go on trailer.
That car plus trailer exceeds tow rating of your XC a lot.
Car on dolly with brakes (I think some of the rental dollies have hydraulic surge brakes) is a bit over but with brakes you are OK for that short ride.
