07 MP3 connection

New to forum, I aplogize in advance if posting improperly. Am thinking of buying an 07 XC 70. It was my understanding that the 07 Models were the first to have the MP3 connection inside the center counsol. I have looked in this car and fail to find it. I have verified it is truly an 07 via the VIN number. Does anyone know if this model has an MP3 connection and if so where is it?

I think it depends on when in the production year the vehicle was built. I have an '07 that we picked up overseas in Dec '07 (meaning the vehicle was built in the Nov timeframe.). It does not have an AUX jack for an MP3 in the center console. But it does have an iPod dock (in the center console) which was factory installed (but not standard equipment; I paid for it.) I think '07s built later in the production year came with an AUX jack. The dealer should be able to tell you when the vehicle was built through the VIN.

Agree mine from some of the last 07s and has the AUX input inside the armrest. Such a blessing on long trips.
