will older (740-940) rims fit on '05 xc70?

Hi everyone... it occured to me today, that we'll he looking around for winter tires. I would like to install them on mags instead on steelies.. i came across older mags ( from i think a 740 or 940...will they fit on an xc?? here is a link of what the look like...

JRL thanks for the reply...if not i also found a set of columba's...i have them on my 2006 as my winter mags...will the fit on the xc? here is a pic of what they look like

They should fit (not sure about brake clearance) but not the best of choices as they are a narrow wheel which requires a smaller tire

RWD wheels should fit the P2 XC70, I've seen them on FWD cars before. [thumbup]

ex: RWD Polaris on FWD 850 wagon.

Hi guys, thanks for your replies...
IFNT.. VERY NICE CAR by the way....Yes i know that sometimes the RWD mags fit on FWD..i had an older RWD mags that i put on my old 1995 850 wagon...but i don't know how they apply to the new ones....On my 2006 v70 i use a set of 850 turbo (windmill) mags as my winters..drive very well, no issues..actually, beffore that i had black steelies on my car and had a constant vibration...put on the 850 mags and problem gone..and looks better too...
the 740 (windmills) i know are 5X 108mm...will this be okay?
