When I am going up a steep hill the steering wheel starts to shake back and forth, on the HWY it's OK no shaking. Any ideas?

Speed? Gear? Throttle setting? Road surface/type? DSTC flashing?

Add road conditions (i.e. wet) and tread depth. I've experienced hydroplaning that has caused a small degree of what is described.

And add how steep the hill is and whether the power steering fluid reservoir is full....
