DP and cat from an "R"

I found a used down pipe and cat from a 04 s60 R. It has 55k miles. I want to put it on my 01 xc70 with 170 k because I'm planning on a new exhaust soon and this will be in much better shape.

Will it fit and will it gain me any performance?

I believe both share an angled flange - providing your XC is a P2 platform

Thank you sir, I jumped all over it. It was very cheap and mine has 171k miles on it so it could go anytime.

Do you think I should upgrade my turbo since the original seems to be leaking and burning a little oil, or should I just find a better condition stock one?

Upgrade to a 16T.
MAKE SURE the exhaust flange matches the dp.
*If you do upgrade the turbo, you will need an aftermarket tune for it.

OK, that sounds easy enough. Will it need to be a custom tune or will a generic tune from say IPD for my model work?

Also, would I need larger injectors or anything else?
