2001 Xc70 factory subwoofer

asking *** $180 *** new price*** I have a factory Subwoofer amplifier speaker combo that came with my 2001 xc70. It was removed early in the cars life to put in a 3rd seat so it's in great condition. Volvo part # is 8633653 and 8633868. These are selling for over $500 and is a pretty slick solution for better sound in your car. This came out of a 2001 xc70 but I believe it will work in a v70 and v70R too. Years are 2001- 2007 but check part#'s to verify. I'll do partial trade for roof rack cross bars and a roof top cargo carrier.

Do you have everything including that strange mounting bracket that goes on the top?
Not buyable separately. It goes in that large hole to the left
The carpet cover, etc

There is a bracket that is attached in the picture that mounts to the wiring loom near the battery and allows for the speaker to be removed with a plastic wing type screw. Is that the bracket your talking about? what's pictured is what I have. I do not have any "carpet covers" besides the ones I need for the cargo area of the car that are installed with the 3rd seat. Depending on shipping which could be a deal breaker for me.
I wouldn't mind having it for my next P2 wagon whenever I find the right one as it really does make a huge difference

Ha ha. Clearly there are people here who *want* it but given your price and the cost of shipping, not a lot of people who think it's worth it. Who is going to pay $300 + $100 for a 10 year old used item that they will have to buy untested and unseen when they can get the new item for, according to you, $500 and after-market for less.

What's a good price then? I can test it easy and probably even post a you-tube video to ease anyone's purchase fears. I have little control over shipping costs.

and therein lies the problem
It's heavy and more or less fragile

The other thing is you do not have a complete kit
You're mising the top pad that covers everything and says "subwoofer" in it
