Xenon lights for the xc

Hi... My Mom just bought a xc70. She did not have time to wait for a special order so she got one without the bi-xenon option. Does anyone have any information on if there is a retrofit kit or aftermarket solution for better lighting?

Forget it. You can't beet the halogen lights. Bi-xenon is a just an expensive gimmick. Buy your mom a Rolex instead.

Additionally, I do not beleive that they can be retrofitted.

Do a search for comparison between the lighting systems.  Within the last month or so a forum member tested both and it seemed that the halogens provided greater distance in both low & high beams and low beam with driving lights on.
