My '06 XC70 has navigation. I want to install a steering wheel from a 2006 V70R that does not have navigation. I know that on the steering wheel with nav there is a finger touch control on the back of the right side of the wheel that controls the navigation feature. Can I still install the R wheel which is non-nav? Does anyone know if there could be problems with this or will I be ok and just loose the steering wheel mounted control feature?
