Rear air duct

Hello,

I have owned my 06 XC70 for two weeks now. My brother-in-law noticed the rear passenger side air duct was not blowing air, however the rear driver's side is. Has anyone experience this or have any troubleshooting ideas? Thanks in advance!

do you mean the outlets on the 'B' pillar?

Yes, I am referring to those on the B pillar.

You could try to look through the grille (perhaps using a small flashlight)
to see if the duct is still connected as it should be.
If not, the air could be blowing somewhere inside the pillar.

Someone has verified that the off/on control is not rolled to the off (shut) position?
