What coolant is preferred and what is the flush interval ?

G05 or volvo. Can't remember flush interval. Every 60k can't hurt and I am almost certain it is not more frequent than that.

Zerex G-05 seconded! It's the closest you can get to the factory Volvo OEM fluid. It costs about the same as any other regular green stuff (which is technically not the right stuff), so you might as well get it. You can usually find it at NAPA.
