How do you remove the door panels?

I have an 08 XC90 and can't seem to figure out how to remove the door panels. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the instructions...my problem is removing the handle to get to the torx screws. These instructions don't really explain too well.

the problem you are having is

A: You are trying too hard and over thinking how to remove the door panel because...

B: You need to treat it as if it is not YOUR car like how the dealership does it! LOL and just pry it until it breaks off LOL

Seriously, a soft panel removel tool or a thin screw driver with some soft towels around it and push in and pry up. first one is hard the rest are cake. suggest "trying" on a door less used in case it breaks LOL, pass rear.
