Window Question

The passengers side rear window of my XC is having a hard time rolling itself up. It rolls down fine, but it's REAL slow and sounds like it's working real hard to roll it up, almost like some of the rubber molding was stuck in there.

I assume it's the motor going....thoughts?

Something may be binding in there - I'd open it up and have a look. Pretty easy to do, and the instructions are posted on the resource page, I think.

Mine was the same until I replaced the whole mechanism with a new regulator. That fixed it. Mind you, it is a VERY precise and delicate job!
