I just bought a used XC70 2007 and I am not sure how I can tell what options are installed. For example, how do I tell if I have the adaptive headlights installed? Any help is appreciated.

Some options are quite obvious (physical presence - say 12V outlets...), others not so much.

Read yr user-manual first, while sitting in yr car. Any available options will then be know to you soon. :D

Found a good way - switches at bottom of console. I was mainly interested in the adaptive head-lights and that option is controlled by a switch. I don't have the switch installed.

Apparently, I only have the parking sensors option button along with a child-lock button.

I have sunroof and parking sensors :D

Anyway, most options could be installed afterwards. I did my parking sensors and it was a fun job, an massive amounts of gadgets to buy. Love it :)

It would be cool if you could integrate a stealth solar panel into the sunroof :D

How involved it is to install the front sensors? I have the rear sensors, but find that they are not too useful...
