Symptoms for 10/200,000 recall work

My '01 is a couple of weeks from hitting ten years of service. I'm wondering if anybody has had the 10/200,000 recall work done on their rig, what the symptoms were, or how the got the dealer to preform the work.

It has to show the ETS light on the dash, otherwise they will do nothing (under the ETM warranty)
