Is there a way to adjust front head rests on 02 v70xc?

I've searched the FAQ's after pouring over my users manual on my 02 V70XC for a way to adjust the front head restraints. My friends under 5' 7" find it very uncomfortable for their necks. I'm fortunate that it dosen't bother me. Surely, this car was designed to accomodate most sized people. If I can find a way to pivot the restraint backwards, I would have found my perfect vehicle. :confused:

My wife was just reading over my shoulder and said to offer the people under 5' 7" and option when it comes to sitting in your car.

Front seat or 3rd row. She teaches four-year-olds and apparently this strategy works. I'm not sure how many of them are 5' 7" though.
