Says... SRS Airbag Service, yadda-yadda (with a yellow exclaimation).
Can I reset? Dealer only reset? What's the deal?
(search function doesn't bring me much).

Thanks,

you probably unplugged a connector linked to the SRS system without disconnecting the battery.

Is going to cost you, you need a dealer reset.

I recently had to adjust the brake pedal sensor in the footwell. Maybe this had something to do with it???? I was also working in the engine compartment (totally unrelated).

So simply erasing the code with a generic code reader won't work?

I think you're right. I was getting ready to put in new PCV components, hose, etc. And was starting to disconnect some electrical such as MAFS and coolant sensor next to the t-stat. This must've triggered the warning although it's now showing up a couple days (restarts) later?

Always disconnect the battery before touching electrical items.

Now you tell me?! Jeezum!

LOL I probably should've done everything verbatim to the instructions/TSB I found which plainly states "step 1. disconnect battery neg. terminal."
I think I'll go shoot myself in the foot now to complete things.
