I'm looking to remove the black fusebox under the dash of my dads '06 XC90, because I want to install an aftermarket 35w HID-conversion kit.
I bought a set with warning cancellers, but they don't work (and seem to fail after a couple of months anyway); so according to this article (http://www.xenonvalot.com/xenonfixvolvo.html) I have to pull the shunt out that detects blown bulbs, and drill a 2mm hole in it.
I've just tried to remove the fusebox for the second (very frustrating) time, without any luck... and now I need some help, because I'm sick of breaking my back without results [mad2]
Trying my luck here, as I've tried the Dutch forums before without results; one guy sees the magic word 'xenon' and tells me to 'use the search, because there are a hundred threads about xenon' (I don't want to know anything about HID, I could prob. even tell him a thing or two more about 'xenon' than he already would have known, but nobody else reacts to the thread either) [nonono]
