'01 V70 XC Oil leak

Drips found on bottom of oil pan bolts in front of angle gear and also along bottom edge (rear) of pan. Can't tell if it is coming from above oil pan seal or seal itself. Pan seal known maintenance item for replacement? Other leak sources?

If you haven't researched the common turbo return line seal leak, this is likely your problem.

A pain to do on the V70XC unless you have the right tools/experience. This following tool was mentioned as a good tool for this job

Thanks Howard. This indeed looks like the culprit and I know it has never been changed out. Now I wish it was a T5. Would be nice to get some input/tricks from other XC owners who have tackled this job. Thanks for the tips and links.
