If you go to a dealer and show them the bolt on their pictorial parts list, they can probably give you the bolt spec and you can buy it in hardware stores.

If you are talking about one of the two screws that hold the plastic fan shroud to the radiator another possibility would be to remove the second screw and take it to a hardware store to get another. Of course if you do this it would be best not to operate the car until you put at least that one screw back in.
